If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Better Paws may not be able to change the destination or recover the package.

Split Shipments

Depending on product availability and fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the local carrier.

Better Paws may assist with available order information, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

At Better Paws, we carefully select and inspect our products to provide a positive shopping experience. However, all purchases are currently final sale.

No Returns or Refunds

At this time, Better Paws does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our store.

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, no longer wants the product, or is dissatisfied with the purchase.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, sizing information, images, and available options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not offer general returns or refunds, we understand that an order may occasionally arrive damaged or an incorrect product may be received.
