Shipping Information

At Better Paws, we work to make every order as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product availability, shipping method, and fulfillment location.

Typical delivery may take approximately 5–15 business days after processing. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

International orders may require additional time due to customs clearance or local delivery procedures.

Shipping Delays

Better Paws is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays

• Severe weather

• Customs processing

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Transportation disruptions

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package enters the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Better Paws may not be able to change the destination or recover the package.

Split Shipments

Depending on product availability and fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the local carrier.

Better Paws may assist with available order information, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Policy Updates

Better Paws reserves the right to update this Shipping Information policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Return & Refund Policy

At Better Paws, we carefully select and inspect our products to provide a positive shopping experience. However, all purchases are currently final sale.

No Returns or Refunds

At this time, Better Paws does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our store.

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, no longer wants the product, or is dissatisfied with the purchase.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, sizing information, images, and available options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not offer general returns or refunds, we understand that an order may occasionally arrive damaged or an incorrect product may be received.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged during transit or is materially different from the product you ordered, the issue may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To help us evaluate the situation, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing:

• The product received

• Any visible damage

• The packaging

• Shipping labels

• Other relevant information about the order

Providing this information does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible once processing or fulfillment has started.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Final Sale

By completing a purchase through Better Paws, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are currently final sale and that returns, exchanges, and refunds are not generally offered.

Policy Changes

Better Paws reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updated policy will be published on this page and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.

Important Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a remedy, those legal rights will continue to apply.
